The day begins with a continental buffet breakfast, which includes freshly baked bread and pastries, jams and local honey, cereals, fresh fruits, yogourts, ham and cheese, boiled eggs.
When you return from the mountain we will have afternoon tea with mouth-watering homemade cakes awaiting you.
Come the evening and you will be tantalized by an elegant "restaurant standard" 4 course meal complete with fine French wines and a daily selection of fine cheese.
If you are vegeterian or have special dietary requirements there will be no need to worry, but it will help us if we know this in advance. Also we will provide nourishing home made kids meals for those of you with "nippers".
